2017 Conference Venue - Hotel Reservations

The 2017 conference begins the 19th with preconference workshops in the evening, and the conference will be held all day on the 20th and 21st, with the conference concluding prior to the dinner hour on the 21st. 
The Knickerbocker has a block of rooms with a special rate for Conference attendees for the nights of April 18 - 21, 2017(checkout by the 22nd). Room block reservations will close on 20 March 2017. Rooms in our block include a standard room ($145.00) and a double room ($165.00). If you need other accommodations, those rooms will not be within our block and the rates will be set by the hotel.
We encourage you to make your hotel reservations as soon as possible to ensure that you get a room for the dates that you need.
To book online with the Knickerbocker to reserve a room:
- Go to www.knickerbockerchicago.com
- Scroll part way down the page until you see the reservation area on your screen.
- Select your needed dates in April 2017.
- Select the number of adults in your party.
- Click “Have a promo code?”, and enter the code 0417THESIM in the “Group Code” field.
- Follow the remaining prompts to complete your room reservation.
You may also call the hotel's toll free at 800-621-8140 and ask for the special group rate and make your reservation that way.
Please note: If after registering for the conference you have a conflict that does not allow you to attend, you may substitute a colleague by letting us know the name of the person taking your place no later than April 18, 2017. There are no refunds or cancellations once you have registered.
Your room reservation within our block, may be canceled. Check with hotel policy on room cancelations.
